What is PSARA Licence ?
PSARA stands for the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005. This central Act mandates that every private security agency in India must obtain a PSARA license from the State Controlling Authority of the respective state before commencing operations. The license is valid for 5 years and must be renewed before expiry. Each state has its own licensing authority, which means a separate PSARA license is required for each state where your agency operates.

• Agencies supplying security staff for IT parks and commercial offices
• Industrial security service providers for manufacturing plants and warehouses
